We the Byrne and Ryan Family of the late Nancy Byrne (nee Ryan) would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.

Thank you to all those who called to the house, sent Mass cards and sympathy cards and messages, and to those who donated to the chosen charity, we are very grateful. Thank you to all those who attended the Funeral Mass, helping us to give Mummy a fitting tribute she richly deserved.

Our thanks go to all those in Carlingford Lodge Care Home for their friendship and level of care given to Mummy. Thanks to Fr. Charlie Byrne, Canon John Kearney and Fr. Krzysztof Kosciolek for their pastoral care.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Mass. Thank you to Gavin Gribben for the beautiful music and singing.
Finally thanks to Cathal McAnulty and Staff of McAnulty’s Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional way they carried out the Funeral Arrangements.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the Family’s sincere appreciation.

Nancy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 27th November at 7.30pm in St. Mary’s Church, Burren.

BYRNE (née Ryan) Annie Elizabeth (Nancy) died on 1st November 2021, peacefully at Carlingford Lodge Care Home.

Beloved wife of the late Paddy and loving mother of Clare, Sally, Barbara, Anne, Carmel, Hugh, Patrick and John. 1, Marie Villas, Burren, and cherished grandmother and great grandmother.
May her soul rest in peace.

Nancy’s remains will repose at the home of her daughter Anne Keenan 35, Ballydesland Road, Burren. Funeral on Wednesday leaving from her own home at Marie Villas at 11.45am arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Burren for 12noon Requiem Mass, followed by interment in adjoining cemetery.

Due to Covid restrictions, house private please.
Deeply regretted by her loving daughters, sons, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers Jimmy and Paddy and entire family circle.
