Date of Death: Tuesday 5th October 2021

The family of the late Phelim Carty (R.I.P.) who passed away on October 5th, wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent bereavement.

Thanks to: Everyone who called at the wake, brought Mass and Sympathy cards, wreathes, floral tributes, and expressed their condolences via telephone and social media.
We took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from the support of everyone who lead and lined the funeral cortege route, from those who joined us at the Chapel, and from those who viewed Phelim’s funeral Mass online.

Special thanks to all our Relatives, and Friends who helped out during the wake.

To the Doctors and staff of Antrim Area Hospital and especially ward C4 for the care, warmth and kindness provided to Phelim during his illness.

To Niall A Loughran funeral directors for their very efficient, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements during these difficult times.

A special word of thanks to Fr Brian Slater, Fr Lawrence Boyle, and Rev Cannon RJN Porteous for their visits, attending the house during the wake, for celebrating Requiem Mass and for the touching eulogy.
To Sonlight and Fionnuala for the beautiful singing and music during the Mass;
Thanks also to the family members for the refreshments after the funeral.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone personally who was so kind to us, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Phelim’s months mind Mass will be held on Tuesday 2nd November 2021 at 10am in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown.
