The family of the late Emily Charles 25 Wellbrook Road, Cookstown would like
to acknowledge and sincerely thank all of those who have expressed their
sympathy following the loss of our beloved wife and mother.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, family, neighbours and
well-wishers who visited her home, attended the wake, funeral service and
provided both emotional and practical support for us at this extremely
difficult time. To those who also sent sympathy cards, floral tributes and
messages of condolences as well as those who made donations to Charis Cancer
Centre we are truly grateful.

To those who called, rang or wrote to Emily during her illness; this brought
her great happiness and was greatly appreciated by her.
Our sincere thanks to the medical staff who looked after Emily. Especially
Dr Maureen Kevin at Moneymore Health Centre, the Community District Nursing
Team, the staff at Charis Cancer Care Centre for their care and support and
to the 4 North Staff at Craigavon Area Hospital who treated her with such
respect and dignity during her final days.
Thanks also to the Rev Brian Sweeney and Rev Diane Matchett for carrying out
the funeral service and to Sheree Duffy for playing the music. Also, to the
members of Cookstown Methodist Church and Kildress Parish Church for helping
with the church service arrangements and the after-committal refreshments.

Finally, we wish to thank R Steenson & Son for their professional and caring
manner during the funeral preparations.

To those who helped in any way, thank you. As it would be impossible to
thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an
expression of our deepest gratitude.
