Brian DEVLIN

Date of Death: Sunday 27th March 2022 Town: Ballymaguigan
Date of Death: Sunday 27th March 2022

The wife of the late Brian Devlin who died suddenly on March 27, 2022 wishes to express sincere thanks to all the relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathized and supported me during my recent bereavement. Messages of condolence including mass and sympathy cards, letters, online tributes and telephone calls were all gratefully received. To those who called at our house or attended the funeral, I gratefully appreciate your support. Grateful thanks to so many nearby neighbours for the 3 – 4 days spent making tea and sandwiches and just being there for me. Thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their gifts of food and floral tributes.

A very special thanks to Father Fox for celebrating a very fitting funeral mass and thanks to Una Magill for some very beautiful singing. Thanks to McCuskers Funeral Directors for the very professional and dignified manner in which the funeral was conducted. And also a special thanks goes to the gravediggers and to St Treas GFC, BALLYMAGUIGAN for all their help.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, I, Deirdre Devlin, trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of my sincere thanks and appreciation.

Brian’s Months Mind mass will be offered in St Treas Catholic Church, Newbridge on Thursday 28th April at 7 pm
