Pauline GREENE (née Mallon)
We, the family of the late Pauline Greene (nee Mallon) wish to express our sincere gratitude for the kindness extended to us following the recent bereavement of a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
We thank all those who sympathised with us by attending the wake and funeral, brought mass and sympathy cards, telephoned, messaged or posted online their condolences, these were greatly appreciated. Heartfelt thanks to the many neighbours and friends who brought gifts of food, offered floral tributes and those who travelled long distances to attend the wake and funeral.
We are very grateful to everyone who cared for Pauline during her illness; in particular the dedicated staff at Rosemount Care Home and Spelga Mews. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
We convey our appreciation to Canon Stevenson for celebrating a very personal mass and Father Carville for the burial service in Ballymacnab. Thanks to all those who read and carried offertory gifts, and the sacristans in both St Peter’s and St Patrick’s. A special word of thanks to Mark Magee, Jonny Toman, Roisin Toal and Fiz Shapur for the beautiful music.
To Jack & Margaret McLearnon for the respectful and dignified manner in which they handled the arrangements, and to the gravedigger, Brian Nugent, for preparing Pauline’s final resting place.
Please accept our sincere gratitude for all of the kind words and gestures.
Always loved and remembered.
