The family of the late Margaret (Peggy) Hampsey R.I.P wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to everyone who called during the wake, brought mass/sympathy cards, sent flowers and attended the funeral or joined via webcam.

A special word of thanks to Fr Slater for celebrating Peggys’s requiem mass and to Deacon Eamon Quinn for his visits to Peggy at home. To Sonlight for the beautiful singing and music during the mass.

Thanks also to the staff of Loy Medical Centre, especially to Dr Flanagan and Dr McKeever for their care to Peggy over the past number of years. Also, to Drapersfield nursing home for their care, warmth and kindness to Peggy over the past year.

Sincere thanks to Colleen and Michael of Niall A Loughran funeral directors for their support, and the professional and dignified manner in which they caried out the funeral arrangements.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere and heartfelt thanks at this time.

Peggy’s months mind mass will be held on Saturday 2nd October at 10am in Holy Trinity Church Cookstown.

HAMPSEY (née Magee) Margaret (Peggy) Died on September 5th 2021. Late of 2 Adair Gardens, Cookstown.

Beloved wife of the late Harry (R.I.P). Cherished daughter of the late Lizzie (R.I.P). Precious sister of the late Louisa, Billy, Hughie and Josie (R.I.P).

Margaret’s remains are reposing at her family home, with wake on Tuesday from 1pm until 9pm, funeral from there on Wednesday at 10.30am for 11am requiem Mass in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown burial afterwards in Forthill Cemetery, Cookstown.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, close neighbours, friends and her entire family circle. St. Padre Pio Pray for her.
