We, the family of the late Marie Hollywood (née Quinn) would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.

Thank you to all those who called to our home, sent mass cards, flowers and messages, we are very grateful.
Thank you to those who helped in caring for Marie, the doctors and staff of Cornmarket Surgery, the staff of McKeever’s chemist on the bridge, the carers who attended Marie at home and the Marie Curie Nurses for their care and kindness.

Our thanks go to Fr Naughton for his visits to the home and to Fr Carvill for conducting such a personal tribute to Marie in the beautiful Requiem Mass.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the mass. Thank you to Sharon Larkin and Claire Rooney for the lovely music and singing and we must say a massive thank you to Daniel O’ Donnell who travelled to be with us and sang so beautifully at the Funeral Mass – Mummy would have been so proud.

Our thanks to McGennity Funeral Directors for taking care of the funeral arrangements.

Marie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated, together with her mother Alice Quinn’s 21st Anniversary Mass at 10am on Saturday 23rd October in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Cloughoge.
