Date of Death: Wednesday 10th November 2021

The family of the late Gemma Hosey, would like to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all our kind relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent bereavement.

Our sincere gratitude to Fr Declan McGeehan for his spiritual support and guidance and for celebrating Gemma’s beautiful Requiem Mass.

A special word of thanks to James McShane & Joan McCrystal for providing the lovely music and singing which made Gemma’s Funeral Mass so special.

The family would like to thank everyone who helped care for Gemma, especially the dedicated team of carers from Lakeland Community Care, who took great care in looking after Gemma in recent months.
To the Doctors, Nurses and staff in Ward 1 and 2, SWAH.

We are indebted to all those who supported us, sent Mass cards, Sympathy cards, letters, messages, and expressed their condolences via telephone and social media. We took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from those who joined us at the Church, and from those who viewed Gemma’s funeral Mass online.

We would sincerely like to thank Maguire’s of Omagh and Lakelands Crematorium for the very efficient, dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements during these difficult times.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation.

Gemma’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 15th December 2021 at 7.30pm in Christ the King Church, Omagh.
