The Sisters Betty and Hazel and Family Circle of the late Tom Kennedy would like to thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

A very special word of thanks to Mr John Beattie for his attentiveness and care to Tom over the years, to the kind relatives and friends who helped or called at the home, telephoned, brought gifts, sent cards or messages of sympathy or attended the funeral.

Much appreciation goes to Draperstown Medical Centre and the Carers. We wish to extend our gratitude to Rev Trevor Boyd for conducting the funeral service, to all those who helped at Draperstown Presbyterian Church and to Mr Mervyn Ewing for playing the organ.

Finally, sincere thanks to Helen and Staff of D. Watters Funeral Services for the professional and caring manner in which the funeral was carried out.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a sincere expression of appreciation and thanks.

KENNEDY Thomas Alexander (Tom) Died on October 2nd 2021, suddenly, at his home, 15 Weddlebridge Road, Draperstown.

Thomas Alexander (Tom), a dear Brother of Betty, Hazel and the late Isobel, Brother-in-Law of David and the late Tommy, Uncle of Nigel, Rosalind and Simonne and Great Uncle of Reece, Devon, Matthew and Noah.

House private.

Funeral from Betty’s home, 20A Draperstown Road, Tobermore on Thursday, October 7th at 2pm, to Draperstown Presbyterian Church for Service at 2:30pm, followed by burial in Tobermore Presbyterian Cemetery (at 3:30pm approx).

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Draperstown Presbyterian Church, payable to D. Watters (Donations A/c), 55 Main Street, Tobermore Magherafelt BT45 5PP.
