The family of the late Kathleen Mayberry wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent and sad bereavement.

Heartfelt thanks to all those who phoned, sent cards, messages, attended the funeral or helped in any way.

Sincere thanks to all of those who helped look after mammy; the carers from Ann’s Homecare, the nursing and caring staff of the Marina Care Home, Ballyronan and the nursing and medical team in ward A3 of Antrim Area Hospital. We thank you most sincerely for your care, kindness and medical attention shown.

Thanks also to Fr. McGirr for his prayers and conducting the funeral mass.

A special word of thanks to McKiernan and Sons Funeral Directors for looking after mammy so well and for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. Thanks to the gravediggers also.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as a token of our deep appreciation.

The month mind Mass for Kathleen will be celebrated on Friday 22 April at 11am in St. Mary’s, Coolcam.

MAYBERRY (nee O’Connor), Kathleen – 23rd March 2022 – (peacefully) in Antrim Area Hospital on her 93rd birthday, late of Gorteade Road, Upperlands.

Wife of the late William; much loved and treasured mother of Margaret (Maggie) and Philip; mother-in-law of Kathleen and Grandmother of Ciaran, Martin and Eamonn.

Kathleen’s is reposing in McKiernan’s Funeral home, Kilrea.

House strictly private and no wake by Kathleen’s own request. Funeral Mass numbers are limited to social distancing within the church.

Kathleen’s Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Coolcalm, Desertmartin on Friday at 11.00am, followed by interment in Polepatrick Cemetery. (Arriving approximately 12.30PM). Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on her.

Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her family, friends and the wider family circle.
