The family of the late Brendan Mcaree especially his wife and 6 children would like to express their heartfelt thanks for all family and friends who helped in everyway possible also the entire Ardglass community who have showed us great sympathy and also Brendan’s family circle who’s family and friends have been a great support. We would like to thank everyone who called to Brendan’s late residence to pay their respect. To those who sent sympathy and Mass cards also flowers and paid their respects during his journey to the chapel and to those who attended his funeral Mass. We would especially like to thank Fr McCloskey for Brendan’s Requiem Mass also Ciaran Fitzpatrick and staff at Seamus Fitzsimons Funeral Directors, for doing a professional job thank you for all the help yous gave. A big thank you to Sarah McVeigh for the absolutely beautiful music it was lovely and for Brendan’s father’s friend that came to the grave side to play the beautiful bagpipes.
I wish I could thank everyone individually but from the bottom of our hearts we are forever grateful for all the kindness shown – thank yous all.

Brendan’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 8th march at 10am in St Nicholas’ Church Ardglass.

McAREE Brendan (Ardglass) Died 8th February 2022, suddenly at his late residence.

Dearly beloved husband of Jamie-Lee and loving father of Ciarán, Tyler, Cody, Kaiden, Finlay, Darcie and the late Christopher. Son of Susan and Hugh and stepson of Stephen. Dear brother of Sammy, Kieran, Christine Siobhán and Hughie Emma and Jack. Grandson of Ena Quinn.

Brendan’s Funeral will leave his late residence on Saturday 12th February at 10.30 am for Requiem Mass at 11.00 am in St Nicholas’ Church Ardglass.

NUMBERS AT THE FUNERAL WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO CURRENT RESTRICTIONS.

Saint Christopher and all you saints of God pray for him.
