Patricia McCANN

Date of Death: Thursday 2nd November 2023 Town: Omagh
Date of Death: Thursday 2nd November 2023

The family of the late Patricia would like to express our deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised, prayed for, and supported us through our recent sad bereavement.

Patricia was a widely respected lady and a dearly loved, sister, sister in law, aunt and friend. We would like to acknowledge all those who paid their respects in any way. Thank you to those who sent Mass or sympathy cards, flowers or donations in lieu, and to those who left messages on line or via social media.

Our thanks to those who joined us when Patricia was received into St Malachy’s or at the requiem Mass.

Sincere thanks to all our relatives, friends and neighbours who helped us in so many ways, to grieve as a family. A special word of thanks to Dean Kevin Donaghy and Father Conleth Meehan for their spiritual support and the comforting requiem Mass. We convey our appreciation also to the Sacristan and everyone who took part in the Liturgy, especially the readers, and our singer Malachy Cush who provided the beautiful music.

Thank you to McAtee Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to the gravedigger for preparing Patricia’s final resting place. Our thanks also to Roisin of Nettles and Petals for the beautiful floral tributes.

And finally we send our grateful thanks to all the staff of South West Acute Hospital who cared so well for Patricia during her time there.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a gesture of our family’s deepest gratitude.

Patricia is ever loved and sadly missed, may her gentle, generous soul be granted eternal rest, her Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Malachy’s Church, Edendork on Saturday 2nd of December at 12 Noon. Our Lady pray for her.
