Sean (John) McEVOY
The family of the late Sean McEvoy (RIP), formerly of 38 Chapel Road, Meigh, wish to express their sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation to all those who supported them during their recent bereavement.
We extend a special thank you to Fr. Richard Naughton for his comforting words and the personal and meaningful requiem mass. We would also like to thank Janice Gribben for her beautiful singing. We would like to thank the sacristan, Mary McConville for her continued help, advice and support throughout.
We would also like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during this time. To all those who attended the wake, the removal, funeral mass, sent mass offerings, letters and messages online, we thank you for your kindness.
In particular, we would like to thank the members of St. Monnina’s Killeavy Irish National Foresters for all of their support and assistance. We would also like to thank the staff and pupils of St. Joseph’s Primary School, Meigh and St. Malachy’s Primary School, Camlough for their guards of honour at the beginning and end of the funeral ceremony.
We would especially like to thank the staff of Rockfield Care Home for the compassionate and professional care shown to our father throughout his time there.
Finally, a word of thanks to McGennity’s Funeral Directors for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement of our family’s deep gratitude.
