We the family of the late Brendan McManus wish to express our sincere appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on the recent loss of our dear father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Our thanks to all who called to the home, sent Mass cards or attended the funeral.

Our sincere appreciation to Fr. Naughton for the beautiful funeral mass and to Carmel Harte and Janice Gribben for the lovely music and singing.

A special word of thanks to the staff of Daisy Hill Hospital for their care.

We extend our thanks to Mc Gennity Funeral Directors who handled the funeral arrangements.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
Brendan’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 5th December at 10am in St. Joseph’s Church, Meigh.

McMANUS, Brendan – R.I.P. 30 Dromintee Road, Meigh, Killeavy, Newry. 7th November 2021, peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital.

Beloved husband of the late Delia and loving father of Seamus, John and Kay.

Brendan’s remains will be removed from Mc Gennity’s Funeral Home this afternoon (Monday 8th November) at 4pm to his late residence. Removal on Wednesday morning (10th November) at 11.15am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12noon in St. Joseph’s Church, Meigh. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for him.

Very deeply regretted by his loving sons, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law and the extended family circle. May he rest in peace.
