The family of the late Michael Mullin (RIP) wish to express our sincere and heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to our kind family, friends and dear neighbours who have offered support during our recent bereavement.

Our sincere thanks to everyone who called at our home to offer support, parked cars, brought/provided food and refreshments, sent cards or flowers, telephoned, messaged via social media or helped in any way over Michael’s wake and funeral.

A very special thanks to all of Michael’s many carers over the years, for the loving care, support and devoted attention shown to Michael both at home and in school – we will never forget your kindness.

The many community trust staff and children’s disability team in the Northern trust. The Northern Ireland Childrens Hospice and the respiratory team and nurses /Drs of RBHSC for all their dedicated care.

A special word of thanks to the staff of Carrickmore Heath Centre , the receptionists, nurses and doctors for all their helpful advice& care. A special word of thanks to Dr Corry, Dr Herron and Dr Devlin who attended to Michael at home over the years.

To Damien and all the staff of McAleer Medical Hall, Pomeroy for all their expert advice and help over the years.
A special word of thanks to the many staff and pupils of Sperrin View Special school for their undivided devotion to Michael.

Thank you to those who stood along the route as we made the journey to the chapel. We took great comfort on the morning of the funeral from the support of everyone who lined the funeral cortège route, for those who who joined us at the chapel and for those who viewed Michael’s funeral mass online. To St Joseph’s PS Killeenan, St Joseph’s Grammar school, Donaghmore and Kildress Wolfe Tones GAC for the thoughtful guards of honour.

Our sincere gratitude to Fr Hughes for his spiritual support and guidance and for celebrating Michael’s beautiful Requiem mass and for the lovely homily.
A special word of thanks to the Eucharistic ministers, the church sacristan and to Dominique for the beautiful music accompanied by Eamonn Mc Garrity which made Michae’ls funeral mass so special.

A special word of thanks to the gravediggers who prepared Michaels resting place with great care. To Kildress Wolfe Tones GAC for the kind use of the hub facilities and to Seamus McNally and the ladies who provided refreshments after the funeral.

We would sincerely like to thank Joanna, Colleen and Michael of Niall A Loughran Funeral Directors for the very efficient , dignified and professional manner in which they carried out all of the funeral arrangements in such a meticulous manner during a difficult time.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a small gesture of our sincere appreciation. The holy Sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.

Michael’s months mind mass will be celebrated on Thursday 15th September 2022 at 7.30pm in St Joseph’s church, Killeenan and can be viewed on the link below.

Michael Frances MULLIN – (Kildress), surrounded by his loving family, August 14th 2022 (R.I.P).

Loving son of Susan and Paul. Precious brother of Patrick, Tommy, Maggie-Mai and Daniel. Cherished grandson of John and Annie Mullin and Owen and the late Margaret (Conroy) (R.I.P). St. Padre Pio Pray for him.

Michael’s remains are reposing at his family home (47 Murnells Road, Pomeroy BT702SL) funeral from there on Wednesday at 11:15am for 12:00 noon requiem Mass in St. Josephs Church, Killeenan with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his mother, father, brothers, sister, grandmother, grandfather’s, aunties, uncles, cousins, neighbours, friends and his wider family circle.

Family time only please from 11:00pm on each night and also on the morning of Michael’s funeral.
