Thomas William (Liam) RYAN
The brother, sisters and extended families of the late Thomas William (Liam) Ryan wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation the kindness and support shown to them following the sad loss of a very special brother.
Sincere thanks to all who called at the family home, sent Mass and sympathy cards, messages, phone calls, tributes posted on social media and attended the funeral.
We much appreciated the refreshments provided by family, friends and neighbours at our home. We took great comfort from the respect shown by the large numbers who lined the funeral route and to Northern Ireland Special Pool for their guard of honor.
Our heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Stewartstown Health Centre and their support teams, Coagh Pharmacy, Trust Carers, Hospice at Home, Marie Curie and Ann’s Home Care who supported and helped us care for Liam in his family home with great gentleness, dedication and understanding.
A special thanks to Fr Seamus O’Neill, Fr Sean McGuigan and the late Fr Seamus McGinley for the personal Requiem Mass and celebration of Liam’s life.
Thanks also to Emmet and Roisin for the beautiful singing and music and to Peter James for his solo tribute.
We wish to express our gratitude to teachers, tutors, leaders and social workers involved with Liam’s education, interests, activities and achievements at various centres. Liam received much encouragement, support, appreciation and made life long friends during these years.
We extend our thanks to Lavery’s Funeral Directors for their professionalism as they carried out Liam’s funeral arrangements with great dignity and compassion.
Thanks also to the grave diggers and the Quinn family for the use of parking facilities.
Finally, we offer our heartfelt thanks to relatives, close friends and neighbours who have been constant companions on Liam’s life journey and are a source of strength and support at this sad time.
As it is impossible to thank you all personally we trust you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
Liam’s Months Memory Mass will take place on Thursday 24th February in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Moortown at 7.30pm and can be viewed via webcam (link below).
