The family of the late Mina Shepherd wishes to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them during their recent bereavement.

Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions we were unable to welcome all into the home or the church.
We greatly appreciate the many cards, flowers, food and messages of sympathy, also those who stood respectfully along the funeral route, your presence was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the generous donations to First Stewartstown Presbyterian Church Repair Fund and Marie Curie Care.

Sincere thanks to the Doctors and staff of Stewartstown Health Centre, Coalisland District Nurses, Marie Curie nurse and special thanks to SHSCT Carers who attended our mother while in her own home, for all their kindness and care.

We would like to thank Rev Alan Dickie, the session and committee of First Stewartstown Presbyterian Church and Rev Jackie Spence for attending the family home and conducting the funeral service in church and at the graveside. Thank you to the organist Mrs Susan Stewart, also the caretaker and gravedigger.

Finally, we would like to thank Steenson Funeral Services, for the professional and dignified funeral arrangements.

We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

SHEPHERD (née Davidson) Mina died on July 14th 2021 (peacefully) at home, 47 Ballybeg Road, Dungannon.

Beloved wife of the late Edgar, dearly loved mother of June, Thomas, Sterling, Alan and Muriel, mother-in-law of Jim, Adrienne, Annie, Stephanie and Gary and a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother.

The cortege will leave her late home on Friday, 16 July at 1.15pm, travelling via Mountjoy Road, turning right at Killeen Cross Roads, proceeding to First Stewartstown Presbyterian Church for a private family service at 2pm. Interment will follow in the church graveyard at West Street.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, payable to Steenson Funeral Services (Charities a/c), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ for First Stewartstown Presbyterian Church Repair Fund and Marie Curie Cancer Care.
