We the family of the late Anita Somerville wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised, supported and prayed for us during our recent bereavement. Sincere thanks to all who sent cards and messages of condolence, to those across the community who attended Anita’s wake and funeral and to those who have helped support the family since Anita’s passing. Special thanks also to the many kind neighbours in the local area who supported the family through the wake and funeral and to PD Coaches and the Cloughfin Community Association for their much valued assistance during Anita’s wake.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Fr Patrick Hannigan and Fr Michael O’Dwyer who both supported Anita and her family throughout her illness and have helped comfort the family following Anita’s passing.

Special thanks to Paudge Quinn for his professional and personal support. To the gravediggers who helped prepare Anita’s final resting place. To Martin McDermott for helping to prepare the church for Anita’s funeral, to Noleen Neil who provided the beautiful singing during the Mass and to the staff in Quinn’s Corner who provided a lovely meal for Anita’s family, neighbours and friends following her Funeral Mass.

Finally the family would like to extend our sincere thanks to the team of dedicated community careers who helped support Anita in her own home over the last number of years and special thanks also the the staff in Glenview Nursing Home, the South Western Acute Hospital and Ward 2 North, Craigavon Hospital who provided such dedicated and loving care for Anita during the last few months of her life.

Anita’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in conjunction with her own father, Franks, 18th anniversary Mass in St Mary’s Church, Dunmoyle on Sunday 11th February at 11am.

SOMERVILLE Anita – 173 Cloughfin Road, Sixmilecross, BT79 9EQ, January 14th 2024.

Dearly beloved mother of her late baby son Christopher who died in infancy, beloved daughter of Annie and the late Frank RIP, Only sister to Jody, Gerard, Martin, Brian and Paul.

Reposing at her mother’s residence, 173 Cloughfin Road, until removal on Wednesday at 11.15am for 12 noon Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Dunmoyle. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.

Very deeply regretted by her sorrowing mother, brothers, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family circle.
