Date of Death: Wednesday 12th January 2022

We, the family of the late Vera Taylor would like to thank all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement. Thanks to the wider family circle, to all those who called to the house, attended the removal and funeral service and to those who watched it online, sent letters, made phone calls, left mass cards and flowers, and posted messages of sympathy online.

We would especially like to thank the staff of Ann’s Home Care, The District Nurses, the Doctors and Staff of Clanrye Medical Practice and the Doctors and Nurses of Daisy Hill Hospital for their compassionate and professional care throughout her illness. Our sincere thanks to Father Callum Young for a beautiful Requiem Mass, to Pauline and John for the lovely music throughout the service and to Heaney Keenan Funeral Directors for the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral.

A big thank you to Helen and her team for providing the food after Mum’s funeral and to the Independent Club, Newry for the use of their premises. As its impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.

Mum’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 13th February at 10.30 in St Mary’s Chapel, Newry.
