The family of the late Margaret, Lislabin Road, Cloughmills, wish to thank the kind friends and neighbours who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement. Thanks to those who called at the house, brought gifts, sent cards, attended the funeral and made donations to Cancer Research.

Our sincere thanks to the Rev. Sinclair, who conducted the service and to the organist and choir for the lovely music. Special thanks to the staff in Antrim Hospital Acute Assessments Unit, Frocess Medical Centre and the Carers who attended Margaret at home.

Finally, thanks to DJM Robinson & Son for the caring and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

WASSON (née McBride) Margaret – November 30th 2023 peacefully at Antrim Hospital.

Margaret, dearly loved wife of the late David, 28 Lislabin Road, Ballybogey, Cloughmills.

Much loved mother of Rosemary, David, Robert and John, mother in law of John, Jackie and Carolyn, devoted grandmother of Evan, Jordan, Ellen, Ewen, Lauren, Katie, Ellie, Christopher, Rachael, Justin and Aaron, a very dear great grandmother, sister of Norman and the late Ivan and a dear sister in law and aunt.

Funeral Service on Sunday at 2.15pm in Clough Presbyterian Church followed by burial in Clough Cemetery.

Callers welcome at her daughter’s home, 5 Lislabin Road, from 3.00pm on Friday.

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Cancer Research UK c/o DJM Robinson & Son, 121 Culcrum Road, Cloughmills, Ballymena, BT44 9DT.
